| 摘 要： | "发展"这一术语几乎涵盖了社会科学、自然科学各个领域,在世界各国使用频率非常高。厘清这一术语在中西方不同时期、不同场景下的概念的内涵及外延的变化,可以动态地把握其形态,既便于理解"发展"与"development"在不同时代的真正内涵,也便于理解在其基础上形成的各种发展理念和发展实践。20世纪及21世纪人类的诸多开发实践中都存在各种各样的问题,反思发展实践中存在的问题和不足,深入探讨指导实践的发展理念,有助于更加深入地探索与人类的生活及生存息息相关的发展理念的方向性问题。

| Abstract: | The term development is very popular and appears in nearly all fields of social and natural sciences.Its meanings and implications in Chinese and in English are different in different historical periods and in different situations.In the 20th century and the 21st century,mankind has met various problems in development,and a study of the theory of development can help solve these problems and promote the further study on the development of mankind. |
