| 摘 要： | 民族区域自治必须坚持民族平等团结和共同繁荣的原则,坚持党的领导是实践和完善民族区域自治的根本保障,发展生产力是实践和完善民族区域自治的根本任务,而构建和谐民族关系是实践和完善民族区域自治的重要基础,培养民族干部是实践和完善民族区域自治的关键。在普遍开展民族团结教育的同时,注意处理好构建和谐民族关系中汉族与少数民族的关系、自治民族与非自治民族的关系、自治民族之间的关系。在处理民族关系问题上,要注意民族内部各支系的协调发展,这样才能打牢构建和谐民族关系的基础。
