我国大学特色办学的现状及路径选择

加强办学特色建设是当代大学提高办学质量和办学水平的重要举措。当前,我国大学的特色办学意识日益增强,许多大学在学习借鉴外国著名大学办学经验的同时,开始将特色办学纳入学校的发展战略规划。但不少大学在特色建设的过程中逐渐陷入定位模糊、理念迷失和急功近利等困境。要加强大学办学特色建设,应突破各种困境,树立“特色兴校”理念,引进市场竞争意识,完善大学评价体系,并在实践中坚持多元化的特色发展战略。

Present Situation, Predicament and Methods of the Construction of Chinese Higher Education Institutions' School-running Characteristics

Strengthening the construction of school-running characteristics is one important measure to improve school-running level and quality of universities.Nowadays,universities in China are increasingly aware of the importance of school-running characteristics,and have begun to incorporate the construction of school-running characteristics into the plan of university development strategies while learning from famous overseas colleges and universities.However,a few universities have got into predicament,such as indistinct orientation,losing their school-running conception and seeking short-term benefits.In order to settle the above-mentioned problems,universities should set up a new concept that only by establishing its own unique characteristics can a university flourish,introduce the awareness of market competition,improve evaluation system,and stick to the strategy of developing universities with various characteristics.
