| 摘 要： | "一带一路"倡议的实施为高校创新创业人才培养带来了新的机遇与挑战.人才需求市场得到拓宽,教育资源平台得到丰富.而我国高校创新创业人才在"一带一路"倡议背景下,存在着市场开拓、跨文化交际和科研创新三种能力偏弱的情况.在此情况下,地方高校可以通过树立复合型创新创业人才培养理念、提升创新创业教育师资水平、构建全方位融合的创新创业人才培养模式、搭建多层次的创新创业教育合作平台等途径,促进创新创业人才能力水平的提升.
