| 摘 要： | 在"双一流"建设背景下,人才资源是高校实施"人才强校"战略的核心.该文基于高校二级学院作为教学和科研一线阵地情境,提出高校二级学院人才引育机制思路,进一步探究高校二级学院人才引育机制路径,要统筹人才"引"和"育"的工作机制,为通过多维度考察后的引进人才专业发展提供良好的政策环境和资源保障.
