| 摘 要： | 高职医学教育为我国医疗领域培养技能型和服务型医疗人才.随着人们对医疗卫生服务需求的不断增加,医疗服务人才的缺口日益增大.为提高高职医学教育质量,该文从学习动机、学习方法与效果、学习兴趣、就业意向等方面展开调查,调查并分析高职医学专业学生的学习现状,提出切实可行的提高医学教育质量的指导建议.
