| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济发展进入新常态,要重点关注大学生的就业创业问题,面对社会形势变化带来的新挑战和新压力,政府、学校和学生各方均要注重发挥创造性思维,从不同层面和维度探索新常态下大学生就业创业的实现路径,并充分利用互联网鼓励大学生就业创业,培养大学生的就业创业动机、创业能力和创业人格,更好地顺应我国高等教育改革创新实践的要求,培养与新常态背景相适应的创新型人才.
