| 摘 要： | 目前,高职学生干部的培养存在轻实践、重理论的现象,具体表现为实践活动缺乏多样性、系统性和群体差异性等问题.基于以上问题,学生干部的培养,要以能力为本,以养成教育为手段,调动全员、全过程、全方位的育人资源,形成对象、活动、能力——"三位一体"的高职学生干部能力养成模型,并夯实思想建设,丰富实践活动,设计资源,移植课程开发经验,重视反馈等,以实现学生干部能力养成.
