试论信用经济与政府信用

市场经济是信用经济,政府信用是整个社会信用体系的基石。本文分析了政府信用形成的理论基础,通过政府信用与个人信用、企业信用等的比较,归纳出政府信用的特点,信用经济时代对政府信用提出了两方面要求:其一,政府必须树立自身的信用形象,成为言而有信的政府;其二,政府必须在维护社会信用秩序,培育社会信用环境方面承担应有的责任。

Credit Economy and Government Credit

In the era of credit economy,government credit is the foundation of social credit system.Compared with individual credit and enterprise credit,government credit has its particular theoretical bases and features.Building government credit focuses on two aspects:first,government should establish its own reputation.Second,government must be responsible for developing social credit order and environment.
