| 摘 要： | 纵观中国银行的百年行史中，曾在近三分之一的时间内拥有货币发行权，自1912成立时始，至1942年中被取消发行权止。考察中国银行发行业务的变迁，可以通过发券性质及方式的变化和发行业务的阶段性特征两条主线来考察。同时，中国银行发行业务变迁的嬗递，也是中国近现代货币发行史变迁的一个缩影，反映了我国近代以来货币发行方式从分区发行向集中发行的演变轨迹。

| Abstract: | Throughout the a-hundred-year history of the bank of China, it had the right to issue currency during nearly one-third of the period, from 1912 to 1942. To examine the change of the Chinese bank＇s issuing service, we can focus on the nature and manner of the change and the features of different issuing stages. Meanwhile, the change of the Chinese bank＇s issuing service is also a microcosm of the changes in China＇s currency in modern history, and reflects the issuing of China＇s currency in modern times evolve from regional issuing to central issuing. |
