| 摘 要： | 现行大多数地方高师院校的教育质量保障体系及其信息反馈系统,主要属于学校内部利益相关者的信息反馈,尚缺乏对地方高师院校外部利益相关者的信息反馈。论文以利益相关者理论为基础,提出构建外部利益相关者信息反馈机制,强化学校与各方利益相关者之间的良性互动构建设想,以促进地方高师院校教育质量持续改进和提升。

| Abstract: | The current education quality assurance systems and information feedback systems of most local teachers colleges mainly focus on the information feedback, of internal stakeholders, instead of that of external stakeholders. This paper, on the basis of stakeholder theory, proposed to build extemal stakeholders feedback mechanism, strengthen the positive interaction between schools and various stakeholders so as to further improve and enhance the education quality of local teachers colleges. |
