摘    要:农业多功能性理念赋予了农业更丰富的内涵,其提出也为人类全面认识农业提供了新的视角。在分析了多功能农业的特性、结构的基础上构建其评价指标体系,并运用灰色多层次模型对哈尔滨市农业的经济功能、社会功能、生态功能以及文化功能的综合发展水平进行实证分析,得出哈尔滨市多功能农业发展取得了显著成绩,但多功能农业的经营局面尚未形成的结论。灰色多层次模型在充分利用现有统计数据的基础上,对多功能农业进行了准确、有效的综合评价,其分析结果符合哈尔滨市多功能农业发展现状。农业系统庞大而且复杂,任何单一的方法论和模型都无法涵盖多功能农业所有要素及其之间的相互关系,用多学科、从多角度对其开展研究应是今后发展的方向。

Abstract:Muhifunctionality of agriculture not only enriches the concept of agriculture, but also provides a new perspective to give more comprehensive understanding of agriculture. On the analysis of the characteristics of the muhifunctional agriculture, and its structure, it builds the evaluation index system. Furthermore, an empirical analysis of Harbin agricultural economic function, social function, ecological function, and cultural function is conducted with gray multi-level model. It concludes that its multi-function agriculture has achieved remarkable results, but the multifunctional agriculture management situation has not yet formed. Gray multi-level model is both effective and accurate for evaluation of the development of multifunction agriculture. Agricultural system is large and complex, any single methodology and model can not explain its elements and their mutual relations, so it is necessary to conduct studies from multiple perspectives.
