乡村共同体的变迁与发展

城镇化作为推进中国新一轮改革的重要支点和推动中国新发展的强大引擎,对我国社会结构亦产生了重大影响。在此背景下,我国农村社会中的乡村共同体正经历着一场潜在的变迁——由传统乡村共同体逐渐演变为两地社会,并面临着由这一变迁引发的诸多问题。本文将结合"共同体"理论,对由传统乡村共同体到两地社会的变迁路径及产生的相应问题进行分析,并在此基础上提出相关对策建议如下:完善农村基本社会保障制度、大力发展乡镇企业,做好小城镇建设、加强对传统村落的保护、建立农村社会关怀机制、积极学习德国城镇化经验。

Change and Development of Rural Communities

Urbanization, as an important fulcrum of a new round of reform and a powerful engine to promote the further development in China as well, has a significant impact on the social structure of our country. In this context, there are potential changes of the rural communities in Chinas rural society - from traditional rural com- munities into a rural and urban society, which may cause many problems. This paper, combining the ＂Community＂ theory, analyzes the possible ways of the change of the traditional rural communities into a rural and urban society and the relative problems arising therefrom, on the basis of which it puts forward the following suggestions： to improve basic social security system in rural areas, to develop township enterprises and small towns, strengthen the protection of traditional villages, to establish social care mechanisms in rural areas, and take a active learning from German experience in urbanization.
