| Abstract: | The modern biotechnology based on biological engineering is a core science in the 21st century, the rapid growth of which has resulted in a series of legal issues. To ensure the healthy development of the science, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of legal system in the field so as to protect the new techniques and the gene resources, to coordinate the new social relationships rooted in the applications of modern biological techniques and to prevent and punish the immoral employments of modern biotechnology. |
