| Abstract: | Confronting the present newly developing opportunity, it is the intrinsic requirement of achieving rich, strong and prosperous target of Henan by means of realizing the cultural powerful province to go beyond the cultural large province. This thesis proposes the countermeasures and conception for constructing the cultural powerful province of Henan through analyzing the advantage ＆ disadvantage and confronting the opportunity and challenge of Henan in constructing the cultural powerful province. |
