| Abstract: | This article is the thoughts aroused from author's self-experience.It analyzed the education state in rural area,peasant's income and consumption structure;demonstrated the necessity and feasibility of rural construction backed by higher education,attempting to find a way that both effectively elevate entire literacy & capacity of science and technology in such area,and ease the situation of employment. |
