| 摘 要： | 提高高等教育质量是“十一五”时期我国教育的“三大任务”之一。提升地方本科院校的教学质量，首先要贯彻理解新世纪人才标准，其次要明确教学的中心地位，第三是加强教师队伍建设，同时还要不断推进教学改革，这几项是提高教学质量的不可少的工作。
