| 摘 要： | 和谐社会建设需要社会保障体系来保驾护航，农村养老保险作为社会保障体系的重要组成部分，在社会主义和谐社会建设中意义重大。文章分析了当前我国社会保障体系存在的诸多问题，借鉴国际经验并针对我国的现实国情，提出了我国应当采取的最优保障模式，还就我国农村养老体系的进一步完善提出了政策建议。
