西方政治哲学关于正义问题存在着激烈的争论,并产生出各种各样的正义理论,这些理论大体上可以分为三个部分。第一个部分是自由主义,它在西方处于主导地位。第二个部分是社群主义,它是自由主义的挑战者。所有其他派别的参与者可以通称为"第三势力",其中主要是指后现代主义和共和主义。

What is Justice:Liberalism,Communitarianism and Others

There are a lot of disputations on the justice in Western political philosophies,and various theories of justice are derived from the disputations.These theories of justice can be roughly divided into three strands:One is liberalism which is in a dominant position;another strand is communitarianism which is a challenge to liberalism;the "third force" includes all other schools that take part in the disputations,mainly including post-modernism and republicanism.
