摘    要:高校辅导员职业生涯规划的组织规划要以一致性、长期性、动态性、激励性、公平性、共同性、阶梯性、全面评价与反馈等为原则,从辅导员的发展机制、双重职业阶梯设计、分阶段进行规划和创造良好的政策环境等方面入手,才能做好辅导员的职业生涯规划,从而促进辅导员队伍的专业化建设。

Abstract:Organizational planning of college counselor's career planning must be based on principles of consistency,long-term,dynamicity,inspiration,fairness,commonness,ladder,comprehensive evaluation and feedback.The career planning of counselors can be made from the aspects of development mechanism,designing of the dual career ladder,planning stages and a good policy environment created,thus promoting the professionalization construction of college counselors.
