中草药消费特点与促进中草药消费对策研究

摘    要:分析了中草药消费的价格不稳定与低弹性、供给方需具备相关专业知识、需求被动、需求不确定、需求方信息不完整、消费不可逆性等六大特点。提出了加强中草药生产指导,促进产销衔接;建立和完善质量管理规范,提高中草药质量;加强中医药文化建设,普及中草药知识;加强中医药教育,提高中医药专业知识水平等促进中草药消费的对策。

Abstract:Six major characteristics of Chinese medicinal herbs in consumption are analyzed in terms of instability and low flexibility of price;suppliers′ professionalism;passive and unsure demand;deficiency of demanding information and irreversibility of consumption.Accordingly the countermeasures to promote consumption of Chinese medicinal herbs are proposed as follows,such as strengthening the instruction of Chinese medicinal herbs′production to promote the joint between production and sale;establishing and perfecting the quality management standards to improve Chinese medicinal herbs′ quality;strengthening the construction of Chinese medical culture to popularize the knowledge about traditional Chinese medicine;and strengthening traditional Chinese medical education to enhance its professional level.
