福建省茶叶生产效益提升路径实证研究

摘    要:对福建省15个重点产茶县(市)的285家茶叶企业的调查分析结果表明,茶叶生产成本较高、利润水平较低,从鲜叶生产到精制茶加工全过程的毛利润率约为20%,净利润率不足10%,而且风险较大。建议通过加强自组织、加快科技创新、改善生产管理、延伸产业链和加强政策扶持等路径,提升茶叶生产效益。

Abstract:The investigation of 285 tea enterprises in 15 key tea production counties of Fujian Province shows that the cost of tea production is high,while the profit level is low.From fresh leaves production to refined tea processing,its total gross profit rate is about 20%,and net profit rate is less than 10%,and the risk is high.Accordingly,it is proposed that we should improve tea production efficiency by strengthening self organization,accelerating innovation of science and technology,improving production management,extending industrial chain and offering favorable policy to support tea industry.
