| 摘 要： | 基于生产要素拥挤理论、生产要素流动理论,以及完全理性行为理论、有限理性行为理论和农户行为理论等,分析认为农地流转是在中国特定的人力资源和土地资源条件下,农户的不同理性行为决策所驱动的结果。在此基础上,提出应进一步合理推进农地流转,有意识地鼓励农地向高经营效率的农户流转。

| Abstract: | According to the theories of production factors congestion,production factors flow,complete rational behavior,bounded rational behavior and farmer behavior,it is analyzed and held that farmland transference is a result caused by different rational behavior decision-making of farmers under the unique conditions of human and land resources in China.Accordingly it is proposed to rationally accelerate farmland transference and consciously encourage farmland transference towards the farmer households with high management efficiency. |
