人力资源管理专业实践教学研究

摘    要:实践教学是把理论知识运用于实践的教学环节,是从书本教育过渡到实践能力的关键阶段,尤其是对实务性较强的人力资源管理专业更是如此。通过对人力资源管理专业实践教学的问题及成因进行探讨,提出了人力资源管理专业实践教学的理念指导和实践探索,以期能对今后的人力资源管理专业实践教学提供参考。

Abstract:Practice teaching is a teaching step to apply theoretical knowledge to practice,and the critical stage of transiting from education by books to the practical ability training,especially for the discipline of human resources management which is highly practice-oriented.The problems and causes in practice teaching in the discipline of human resources management are explored,accordingly the theoretical guidance and practice exploration in practice teaching in the discipline of human resources management are proposed to provide a reference for the practice teaching in the discipline of human resource management in future.
