基于LR-CO分析的福州鼓岭旅游发展策略研究

基于LR-CO分析法,对鼓岭区位、旅游资源、竞争力以及机遇等4个方面进行综合分析,指出基于鼓岭城中型风景区的特点,未来旅游应积极重视生态脆弱问题,保障旅游资源的可持续发展;加强统筹领导,完善国家级风景名胜区和旅游度假区的整合协调;打造四季旅游产品,提高度假品质;融合中西文化元素,有效挖掘鼓岭的独特文化内涵;规范旅游经营,打造综合性旅游度假区品牌等,以将鼓岭-鼓山风景区打造成为综合性的旅游度假胜地。

Study on the tourism development strategy for Guling,Fuzhou according to the LR-CO analysis

Location,tourism resource,competitiveness and opportunities of Guling resort are investigated comprehensively by the LR-CD analysis method,accordingly it is proposed to utilize the characteristics of Guling as a sightseeing resort within urban area,meanwhile pay attention to the improvement of ecology in future tourism and guarantee the sustainable development of tourism resource;strengthen overall planning and leadership and perfect the integration and coordination of national sightseeing resorts and holiday resorts;make tourism products for different seasons and raise the holiday quality;integrate oriental and occidental cultural elements and effectively exploit the unique local culture intension of Guling;regulate tourism management and create the brands for comprehensive tourism and holiday resorts.The goal is to build Guling-Gushan beauty spot into a comprehensive tourism and holiday resort.
