| Abstract: | Green barrier has already become one of the trade protective measures that the developed country has used to limit developing country's products export. This paper has introduced formulation background, legal basis and form of expression of the green barrier,and analyzed its impact on our country's foreign trade. It also put forward relevant countermeasures on this basis. |
