特色农业:武陵山区现代农业发展的必由之路——基于恩施州的实证分析

加快发展现代特色农业,促进工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化同步发展,是解决"三农"问题的根本途径。武陵山区生态条件相同,产业发展水平相近,加快发展现代特色农业的任务紧迫而艰巨。以恩施州发挥比较优势、发展特色农业为案例,提出武陵山区发展现代特色农业的政策建议:坚持生态优先,突出绿色发展;立足本地实际,切实因地制宜;培育主导产业,促进效益提升;突出农民主体,创新体制机制;强化倾斜扶持,改善生产条件。

Wuling mountain road of development of modern agriculture research Taking Hubei Enshi as an example

Speed up the development of modern agriculture and promote the simultaneous development of industrialization, information technology, urbanization and agricultural modernization is the fundamental way to solve the＂three rural issues＂ .As the Wuling Mountain is concerned ,the task of accelerating the development of modern agriculture is more urgent and arduous because of it＇ s same ecological conditions and similar level of industrial development.By taking the development of modern agriculture of Enshi as an example, this paper puts forward the policy recommendations to the development of modern agriculture of Wuling Mountains, name- ly to adhere to ecological priority and highlight the green development, suit one＇ s measures to local conditions ; develop leading industries and promote improvement in efficiency;launch the dominant position of farmers and innovative institutional mechanisms;strengthen the inclined support and improve the conditions of production.
