| 摘 要： | 在制造商提供售后服务的背景下，研究供应链的批发价格契约。结果表明：当消费者需求分布对随机变量有递增的广义失效率并对质保期有递减的广义失效率时，制造商的收益函数总是单峰的。虽然批发价格契约仍不能实现供应链的协调，但当产品质量足够高时，供应链的效率接近百分之百。

| Abstract: | The paper studies a supply chain in which the manufacturer offers warranty service to customers and analyzes the effect of warranty service on price-only contracts. The result shows that if the distribution of custom- ers＇ demand displays an increasing generalized failure rate （IGFR） in the stochastic variable and a decreasing generalized failure rate （DGFR） in the warranty period, the manufacturer＇s profit function is uni-moda. We also find that, although a price-only contract cannot coordinate with the supply chain, its efficiency approaches 100% when the product failure rate approaches zero. |
