企业间合作创新绩效的影响因素及机理——基于社会网络视角的理论分析

合作创新已成为企业获取竞争优势的一种新途径。基于社会网络的视角，通过理解关系型资源、网络密度及知识管理如何影响企业间合作创新绩效，可以发现：关系型资源对知识管理以及知识管理对合作创新绩效有着正向影响作用，知识管理和网络密度在关系型资源和合作创新绩效中具有中介作用和调节作用，合理利用关系型资源、适当控制网络密度等措施能够促进企业间的合作创新。

An Analysis of Influencing Factors and Mechanism on Cooperation Innovation Performance between Enterprises in a Social Network Perspective

Cooperative innovation has been a new way for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. Based on the perspective of social network, this paper tries to understand how relational resources, network density and knowl- edge management affect the cooperative innovation performance. It finds out the positive influence of relational resources on knowledge management and knowledge management on cooperative innovation performance, as well as the intermediary role of knowledge management and the regulatory role of the network density. The paper then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote cooperative innovation between enterprises.
