| Abstract: | The fundamental task of business incubators is to incubate more small_sized enterprises, which is also the reason why the incubating relationship between business incubator and its tenants is focused on. Such relationship is confirmed if an agreement is reached. The analysis of the establishment of an incubating relationship, the implementation and termination of an incubating agreement shows that incubating relationship is actually a cooperation relationship. Positive analysis can also be found in this essay. |
