学科融合与建立合理的学科教师教育课程体系

摘    要:教师的专业能力是成就教师专业成长的支撑点.从实现教师专业化角度看,我国师范院校的课程构成尚存在着不足与偏差,必须通过课程结构的改革与调整,以教师自主建构为理论根基,加强学科融合,建立以课程为中心的网状多向、模块化的学科教师教育的课程体系,加强学科教育系列课程,为教师教育理论形成起到了支撑作用,寻求课程范式由封闭性向开放性的转型,促进我国教师专业化水平的提高.

Abstract:Teacher's professional ability is the key support of the teacher's professionalization development. From the point of teacher's professionalization, the normal university's curriculum structure in our country has some limitation and warp. We must reform and adjust it. On the base of teacher's independent construction, we should strengthen subject amalgamation and design a curriculum-based netted curriculum system. Enhancing the series of the subject education curriculum, supporting the forming of teachers' education theory, seeking a curriculum mode changing from close to open,and accelerating teacher's professionalization in our county are suggestions of this paper.
