| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的到来和国家创新体系的确立 ,实施产学合作、建立“双赢”机制是 2 1世纪实现科技、人才资源优化配置的最佳方式。产学合作的实质是一种企业与高校双方合作 ,优势互补的自主行为 ,其特点是双方互利。高等院校与企业的合作模式有三种 ,即 :(1)高校主导模式 ;(2 )企业主导模式 ;(3 )利润分成模式

| Abstract: | With the advent of knowledge economy and the establishment of n ational system of innovation, the cooperation of enterprise and university means the best pattern , which can realize the optimal configuration of science and technology and talent in the 21st century. Firstly, this paper analyzed the essence and characteristics of the cooperation of enterprise and university, and then established the cooperative model according to game theory. |
