| 摘 要： | 中国传统企业制度在单位制的束缚之下,不仅扼杀了自身成长的活力,而且也扼杀了社会发展的活力。因此在当今中国和谐社会的背景下研究企业与社会的关系定位尤为重要。其因为中国的现代企业制度仍未完全建立起来,作为企业重要发展动力的社会也未完全成熟,企业与社会的双向亲和关系未能充分发挥出来,因而制约了二者的发展,同时也制约了社会结构的转型与和谐社会的建设。

| Abstract: | Under the unit system,the Chinese traditional enterprise system,has strangled its own developing vigor and destroyed the soil of social development.Therefore,studies on the localizations of the relationship between enterprises and society are of great importance in coustruction of a harmonious society in China: First,the Chinese modern enterprise system has not been completely established;second,the society,as an important development power,is yet not completely mature.Therefore,the bidirectional relationship between enterprises and society has not been fully showed,which restricts the development of enterprises and society,the rearrangement of social structures,and the construction of a harmonious society as well. |
