| 摘 要： | 高校学生党组织先进性建设是高校党建的核心内容,面对新形势,如何创造性地开展这项工作成为一个重要的课题.党员导学制是用教师党员引导学生党员,以党员学生为龙头带领非党学生勤奋学习、全面发展.以科技创新导学、考研导学和网络导学等形式把党员学生摆在学风建设 "领头羊"的位置.
