| 摘 要： | 改进和加强高校思想政治工作的管理,是改进和加强新时期高校思想政治工作的迫切需要.本文从加快管理现代化步伐、提升管理科学化水平、推进管理法规化进程、提高管理民主化程度等四个方面,对目前如何改进和加强高校思想政治工作管理这个问题进行了初步探讨.
