| 摘 要： | 本文首先从政策依据和国际经验等方面论证了发展弹性就业对缓解北京市就业压力的必要性。然后在对北京市弹性就业发展的现状及存在问题进行深入分析的基础上 ,提出了促进北京市弹性就业发展的政策建议。
