| 摘 要： | 提高自主创新能力是企业提升核心竞争力的关键。企业自主创新能力的发挥表现为自主创新模式的选择，并最终反映在创新绩效水平上。根据战略选择理论，构建一个基于创新能力的企业自主创新模式选择模型，企业应根据自身创新能力在不同时期合理选择和调整自主创新模式，才能获取较好绩效。
