摘    要:我国饮食文化源远流长,举世闻名,中式快餐怎样在竞争中塑造和炼就金刚之身,立于不败之地,成就一番事业是每一位中式快餐经营者都在思考的问题,从产品、现代营销观念、连锁经营三个方面对中式快餐怎样突破自身瓶颈进行了阐述,旨在说明只要中式快餐改变传统的经营方式,在实践中严格要求自己,必将不负众望,谱写出明天的辉煌。

Abstract:Our diet culture has a long history known by all over the world,Why does Chinese style fast food develop slowly,How to mould and develop an unassailable position in the competition is the question that every Chinese style fast food operator is thinking,This text formulates how fast will food break through its bottleneck from products,modern marketing idea and chain operation,aiming at proving that Chinese style fast food will live up to the people's expectations and create the brilliance of tomorrow if Chinese style fast food could change the traditional operation and strict with itself in practice.
