| 摘 要： | 作为当代世界经济发展的大趋势,经济全球化在促进世界经济增长的同时,作为外生的影响因素,也给世界各国的国家主权带来巨大的冲击。国家自主驾驭经济的能力减弱,国际组织、跨国公司、西方价值观念、新科技革命、霸权主义、市场经济的全球扩展和全球性问题的出现,都使国家主权遇到了前所未有的挑战。

| Abstract: | The economic globalization accelerates the world economic growth on the one hand, and on the other hand it usurps state sovereignty through its exterior factors. A state's governing of its economy has been usurped and challenged unprecedentedly by international organizations, transnational, Western values, new technological revolutions, hegemony and expansion of market economy. |
