| 摘 要： | 作为一种社会现象的语言 ,必然会反映出人类社会的各个侧面。英语语言中的性别歧视是社会语言学这一新兴的边缘学科注重研究的内容之一 ,也是各种文化里共有的现象。本文以语义学为视角 ,探究了存在于英语语言中的性别歧视现象 ,并进一步阐释了该语言现象产生的原因 ,发展及变化。

| Abstract: | As a phenomenon of society,language reflects all the sides of human society naturally.Sexism is one of the main contents for sociolinguistics-a new dual discipline.And sexism is also a common feature of all cultures.This paper does a research on the subject from semantics.Further,it explains the reasons of sexism and provides some relative solutions. |
