| 摘 要： | 本研究比较了国有企业与三资企业中层管理者管理环境异同,结果表明:两类企业的中层管理者的管理环境在组织结构、资源状况、人员市场意识、高层管理者素质、下属职工素质及外周影响因素上存在着显著差异。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a comparison is made of the differences of the management environment faced by middle level managers between state-owned enterprises and joint-ventures.The result indicates that the two kinds of enterprises have significant differences in organizational structure,resources,consciousness of market,competencies of high level managers,competencies of employees and the influence from outside of the enterprise. |
