后现代教师观的现实追问与理论反思

摘    要:后现代主义教育思想作为整个后现代思潮的一部分,是人们在对教育的"现代性"进行深刻反思的基础上形成的.本文在后现代思想者关于教师问题论述的基础上,从后现代教师观出发,采取现实追问和理论分析的方式,在肯定后现代教师观的合理性和价值的同时分析其问题与缺失,重新思考当前教育改革背景下教师存在的合理性、传授知识的职能与教师权威等基本问题.为教师如何认识自己,如何走进教育实践,做出理论上的回答.

Abstract:Post-modern educational thought which is a part of postmodern ideological trend is formed on the basis of people's reflection of modernity of education.Based on postmodern thinkers' arguments on teacher and postmodern view of teacher,by practical inquiry and theoretical analysis,while affirming the value and rationality of postmodern view of teacher,this paper analyses the weakness and shortcoming of postmodern view of teacher,and rethinks the rationality of the existence of teacher,teacher's duty of imparting knowledge,authority of teacher and so on under the background of present educational reform,to give teachers some theoretical answers on how to define themselves and how to engage themselves in education practice.
