| 摘 要： | BT投融资模式是一种较为新颖的项目运作模式,近几年发展较快。针对BT投资建设模式中各参建方的风险问题进行了阐述,较为深刻地揭示了其项目相关方的复杂性,其运行时面临的高风险性,并建立了四个方面的风险约束与保障体系,对BT模式的项目风险管理有一定的借鉴意义。
