| 摘 要： | 通过对团队的基本构成和我国当代中小型企业团队建设的一系列相关问题分析,提出完善其团队建设的方法。针对团队以及高绩效团队独有的特点的分析,明确了何为真正的高绩效团队和团队的内涵。与此同时探讨了我国中小型企业的团队建设的现状,找出存在的一些具体差距和问题,提出了具体的解决方法。

| Abstract: | The article is mainly to carry on a study on a series related problems of team construction of the medium - sized and small contemporary enterprises in our country by analyzing the basic constitute of a team. The article carries on some deep analysis on some characteristics of it, and explicites what is a real high performance team, and then discusses about the of present condition of team construction of the medium - sized and small enterprises in our country so as to fund out some concrete margin and problems existing in the team construction, puts forward some concrete methods. |
