| 摘 要： | 大学生心理健康问题已越来越受到社会各方面的关注,高度重视大学生心理健康教育,是大学生全面成长成才的需要,也是构建和谐社会的需要.本文通过分析大学生心理危机的成因和高校开展心理健康教育存在的问题,进一步提出了针对性的措施和建议,以期对患有心理问题的大学生早加分析,早做防范和疏导.

| Abstract: | The psychological health of undergraduates has aroused more and more attention of the society.It is indispensable to pay attention to the education of psychological health of undergraduates because it will guarantee the full-fledged development of undergraduates and the construction of the harmonious society.The article analyzes the reasons of undergraduates' psychological crisis and the problems existing in the education of psychological health in the university.The measures and suggestions are provided for giving guidance to help those who have the psychological problem. |
