摘    要:素质教育的核心是学会做人 ,最高层次是学会创造 ;总结出一种在教学中营造理想环境和氛围 ,使学生通过耳闻目染、潜移默化来提高自身综合素质和创新能力的课程素质教育教学法。该教学法的关键是改革教学评价制度 ,发挥学生主体功能 ,教学内容力求新、独、巧、精、博、深 ,教学方法强调自学讨论、启发引导、转位思考、反学为教和巧借东风

Abstract:It is proposed in this article that the core of quality education is learning to conduct oneself, the highest layer is learning creating. A teaching method of course quality education is summarized, that includes creating ideal circumstances and atmosphere in education to exert a subtle influence on students' thinking so that they themselves can raise their whole quality and creating ability by what they constantly see and hear. The key of this teaching method is to improve the evaluating rules for teaching, making the students as main body, having new, unique, skilful, perfect, wide and deep teaching contents. The teaching method emphasizes the students' studying and discussion by themselves, the method of elicitation, thinking as different position, turning learning to teaching and having the aid of "east wind".
