企业绩效及其决定因素研究

摘    要:文章首先结合企业的目标对企业绩效的内涵进行了探讨,然后分析了各种绩效决定理论及其不足,并利用它们的互补性,以人力资本为联结点将它们融合起来.文章建立了企业绩效模型,认为企业绩效是企业人力资本在竞争环境中运用企业的物力资本,在产权激励、治理机制等制度的综合作用下创造的,并建立了相应的绩效模型.

Abstract:This article discusses the connotations of enterprise performance by combining the goals of enterprises, analyzes the insufficiency of various kinds of performance determining theories, and then utilizes their complementarities to merge these theories. During the process, the manpower capital is regarded as the bind. This text proposes that enterprise's performance is determined by both inner factors of manpower capital, material resources capital, etc., and the external factors of property right encouragement system, management mechanism, etc. In addition, this article helps to set up a corresponding performance model.
