企业客户培育

摘    要:随着全球经济的日益发展,企业间的竞争日益白热化,争夺客户已成为企业制胜的法宝,如何培育客户,让客户成为能为企业带来长期效益的资源?首要的是留住客户,并在此基础上仔细分析客户信息,使客户信息成为企业内部共享的资源,同时明确留住老客户比开发新客户更重要。留住客户的前提是让客户满意,满意是企业提供的产品现实与客户期望的差距,是一种心理感觉。企业优质的服务,体验购买的快乐,完善的消费行为管理,为客户成为企业忠诚的客户打下基础,并成为企业培育客户行之有效的方法。
