| 摘 要： | 全球金融危机的出现,使得整个世界经济结构面临新的大调整。在相对较长的后危机阶段,我国的城市完全可以利用发达国家经济的迟滞发展,来大力发展创新型经济、强化自主创新能力和对全球市场的控制能力,将自身镶嵌到全球生产网络中去,来实现转型发展。以服务业结构升级主导下的城市经济转型,应着力提高城市经济容积率,推动先进制造业与服务业协同并进、生产性服务业发展与服务业结构升级并重和加快建立内外贸一体化的城市商贸流通产业体系。
