| 摘 要： | 周代教育伦理的主要特点有：明确教育的社会功能,坚持教育入世的价值取向;重视礼仪教育的作用,奠定中国礼仪之邦的基础;注重教育与社会发展相适应,促进教育的持续发展。借鉴周代教育伦理就要重视教育的社会功能,把教育作为社会稳定、和谐发展的基础性工程;加强学校礼仪教育,提高青少年综合素质;适应和谐社会发展的需要,积极稳妥地调整教育结构。
